6.3 Localized Keywords

Localized versions of the keywords are available (currently German and French). The --locale option allows one to specify the desired locale. With no argument given, the current locale is set to the value of the LANG environment variable. Otherwise the argument has to be a valid locale identifier, e.g. fr_FR or fr_FR.utf8, depending on the default charmap. This feature may be disabled at build time.

Conversion tables for each language are provided with the Eukleides distribution.
